People taking advantage of points system

Why are people receiving points when they complain about free samples? Is this something new I'm unaware of? All of my points were earned the right way, by spending money, but you have people on this board bragging about how they call CS to get free points whenever they don't like the FREE foil packets in their order. It's ridiculous. What's the policy on this?

quit being a hater if they say you can choose your samples and they chose to throw in whatever they want especially when you are a VIB Rouge than they need to compensate, instead of whining on a site if you called and complained you didn't get samples requested (now don't lie if you did) than you may get points
