My order has been pending for two days, is this normal?

It's completely normal, sephoras been having a delay because of the sale. Your order should say progressing soon

I've placed two orders during this sale ... the first was on the 8 not processed till the 10 and it is scheduled to deliver tomorrow on the 16th. the other was on the 11 and it still hasn't been processed. I understand the volume is heightened but I would hope Sephora would account for that. especially people who are supposed to have 2 day flash shipping

Same here. The only thing I wish is that my order would not get canceled after it has been pending for several days.

Yeah,I am worrying about the same thing too,especially some of the sample items and reward items I picked are already out of stock form my order. 😞
