Payment Error

I am trying to make a purchase on Sephora's website and it can't get my Sephora debit/Mastercard to work. When I place the order, it shows "Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvc are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account." I checked all my information and everything is correct.
