Payment Error CVV Code

I cannot seem to "save" my cvv code for my Sephora card which I use all the time.  Doesn't work on app or website.  How do I fix this?  I have a limited time promo code to use.

Every time i’m trying to pay it keeps on saying my Cvv isn’t good when my card has the same cvv on it .
