Partial Ordered Shipped

I placed a small order on July 17 for two items (same brand).  Received an email later that day that only one item was shipped (which will be delivered today 7/20) and the item plus two 100 point perk are still in progress.  I'm on a time crunch and will need to know when the rest of my items will be shipped.  Thank you
