Parcel forwarding service

I live in Australia and fell in love with sephora during a trip to the usa last year. Cosmetics in aus are literally 2 -3 times the price of the usa so I have been making some large orders from sephora every now and then and shipping them to me via a parcel forwarding site. The products I purchase are for my personal use only and I never take advantage of promotions. Furthermore very rarely do I make returns. It appears sephora you will no longer ship to parcel forwarding sites. This has left a number of your clients extremely unhappy and disappointed. What is the issue with me purchasing your products for my own personal use here in australia? I am one of your clients- however no efforts have been made to correct this issue?? Surely a check can be performed on an individual's previous purchases to find out if they are a legitimate client or if they are buying to resell or for the promos/samples etc. I look forward to a mods response on the topic.
