Package wasn’t delivered to me

Fraudulent company with disgusting customer service. After having spent THOUSANDS at Sephora just this year, they lost my package never delivered it and then said their “system” can’t process my refund. This is so disgusting, the way you treat your customers you should be ashamed. I will never again be purchasing from here again. Regardless of how good your return history is or how much you’ve spent the company will treat you like garbage the second they get the chance. I never received my order and somehow and ineligible for a refund even though clearly it’s been stolen.
