Package returned to sender

I ordered some stuff from Sephora middle of January, it was supposed to arrive on the 29th. It never arrived and was being shipped through Canada post. I kept checking and it kept saying in transit. With the strike I assumed it would be late and didn’t think anything of it. I went to the post office the other day and checked my mail box and it had the slip that my package was there, but it was going to be returned that day (February 13) I try and go in and the post office is closed before closing time, because of a snow storm and closures of everything, so my boyfriend went the next day and they said it was sent back. Will I get my money back or can I contact Sephora and have them send it back when they get the return even though I didn’t return it and it was the post office that never notified me?
