Package possibly stolen, Sephora won’t do anything to help

My packages was supposedly delivered on the 16th but when I got home from work the package wasn’t there. Contacted customer service through chat and phone and both times they told me that I am not eligible for a replacement or refund since the carrier marked it as delivered. It was an order that was nearly $500 which is truly ridiculous. No signature was required and Fedex must’ve just threw it there for anyone to see. Their only solution to me was to contact Fedex but why as the customer should I be the one contacting the shipping company that they’re using their own accounts for? It’s baffling that they don’t want to take accountability for this and basically just telling me tough luck. I’m surprised they operate a company like this and basically telling customers to deal with it it’s not their problem. I’m going to have to start a dispute with my bank and at this point just file a FTC and BBB claim for this terrible experience.

Just so everyone knows the help I received here was no different than the help I got on the phone
