Package not received

My package is showing as delivered but I have not received it. The tracking link is not working now (package was supposed to have been delivered on October 15 just before noon). I arrived home  just after noon so I’m really puzzled about this. Can someone please advise?

This happened to me this week too, the shipping company they use are a bunch of thieves. They signed my name and stole my package and said there is nothing they can do about it!
