Package not received

I recently made a 500$ online order at sephora which claimed to have been delivered and signed by me. Which is not true because I never got the order. I have asked neighbors and the supervisor of the building and they all have said they don't have the package. I even asked the super to show me the camera recordings and he said they ain't working, so basically I am screw all over because I don't have prove I didn't get it and sephora won't to anything about. The carrier just be giving the packages to anyone, they just have to say my name and the person can sign and say that it is me and get the package. This is a joke. It's sephora they know is expensive of course they gonna take it. I guess I just lost 500$.

Hello, I just had this happen (you can read my post) what did you do? Did you take the lose? I don’t want to lose $300 that I never received. Can we take it to small claims? Ugh I’m annoyed with how things are handled on here for a big company as such.

My friend had the same problem and sephora only checked the tracking number status. If it has been confirmed that deliveried with your order. They will not reshipment or refund. They will ask you to contact carries and when you contact carries about this issue they will ask you to contact the sender (Sephora). It was a joke =))
