Package never arrived or stolen, Sephora won't help

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday, it was marked as delivered but wasn't there when I went to get it. I can only imagine it was stolen or the delivery driver picked it back up. Not sure why the delivery service wouldn't ask for a signature for a near 400$ item. I alerted Sephora of the situation, and they told me they'd reship it and then an hour later said that they couldn't because it's too high-value?? 

 

I've never requested a refund or reshipment before and this is the first time I've ordered online from them. Now I'm out almost 400$ to start the New Year because of some shady delivery service that Sephora uses over more reputable ones.

I also placed an over $400 order… it says it’s delivered and it’s nowhere to be found. I reached out to Sephora, they told me they would reship or refund me, then proceeded to tell me they actually can’t help me because it’s a high value package. Well, if it’s a high value package, why don’t you get customers to sign for their package so that it actually gets into the right hands. Now I’m out over $400 and have none of the product I’ve ordered. Whats even more disappointing is the terrible customer service I received. There’s really nothing you can do? Wow, I’m shocked.

THIS is exactly what I asked customer support and they just don't care.

Did you try contacting the delivery company?
