Package missing

I was notified my package was delivered on October 16, and it was nowhere on or near my building property. I specified the location it should be dropped at but I checked everywhere, including neighboring buildings. I also waited days to make sure it didnt turn up. I was so excited to try the new fenty mini lip color and now I'm just disappointed and I'd like my money back.
