Package lost by UPS and no option to reorder Birthday Gift on my next order.

I am being asked for reviews from Sephora for an order I never received.  My birthday gift for being a Beauty Insider was in that very same order lost by UPS and returned to Sephora. It took a long time for UPS to return that order, by the way. I just got confirmation of delivery yesterday. When I made my next order, at the end of July which is my b-day month,  I didn't get the birthday gift for being a Beauty Insider either so I guess I lost it this year?
