Package delivered to the wrong address

I received a notification that my package was delivered at around 12pm today (Nov. 14, 2021); but I could not find my package. I checked outside, around the house, and even asked neighbours but nothing.

I checked the tracking info through Fleet Optics' website, which showed a photo that my package was delivered at someone else's front door. My door and my neighbour's door looks COMPLETELY different from the one in the picture. I don't even know where my package was dropped off. I don't have time to go to every single street in my area and find my package... At this point I just want a refund.

This same thing happened to me TWICE this week. I placed an order and it was delivered, but the photo in the confirmation is not my house. I called customer support and they refunded, so I placed the order again and I can see in the picture that it was delivered to the same wrong address. Customer service said they can’t refund me because I had just been helped with a similar issue. They asked me to verify my address several times and I had entered the correct one. This is a bug in the Uber delivery system, you should care about fixing it. I just lost $200 and I don’t know what to do. Please can someone help me?

I have faced the same issue today. I ordered a perfume with the option of same day delivery as it was time sensitive. My package which was a birthday present for my husband shows delivered and the picture that is uploaded is someone else's door. I checked with a couple of neighbors, but unfortunately no one has received it. All the stores are closed at the moment and there is no way I can get it today. It is extremely frustrating that despite of paying same day delivery charges I have to wait till tomorrow, place the order again and pick it up myself. After talking to the customer care, they refunded me with a store credit which is not even the full amount that I paid. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of service.

That happened to me and Sephora did NOTHING. Im so mad because I loose my money and they don’t care about it!

We have exactly the same problem, the package was marked as delivered but we couldnt find anywhere around our house and the photo proof of delivered totally different from our house and out neighbors. We called Sephora CS but they said cause it was marked delivered (even wrong address) they cannot do reshipment or refund. It’s so weird and we dont know what can we do and feel so bad about CS with Sephora. They dont care it their customer lost their money.
