Package arrived with open box and missing product

Hello, 

 

i just received my order today.

While the outer packaging did not appear to be previously opened, the Paula’s Choice box in the package was opened and the product is

@alicialauu You can update your preferences (gear icon) on a browser. You will not have the ability to so on the app. Once you've updated your preferences, please send me a PM with the order number.
