Package Stolen

Hi Sephora! 

I ordered an Amika curling iron because the store did not have it in stock. I ordered it for my work trip with 2 day shipping but it was a day late and it didn't make it in time. I checked my order status before the trip and I have a package service called Fetch who normally contacts me for scheduled package delivery. It's odd that they did not call and it was delivered by Fedex at my door. When I came back from my work trip there was no package. I've very upset because obviously, very expensive curling iron and not sure who took my package and what to do about it. Can you help? I can't believe this.

That is such a bummer. I had my Sephora bag stolen on Saturday! I only went to Sephora and while walking out of mall I saw VS had 10 for $35 undies sale so stopped in there real quick. During checkout I realised I no longer had my Sephora bag. Assosiates and I looked everywhere. Someone literally just took my bag right from beside me while I was looking at underwear!? I spent over an hour in Sephora decided what to spend my $50 gift card on as it was from someone super special. I was so excited to try the new bite foundation 😭😭😭😭 basically nobody wears the lightest shade so whoever took it will probably try to return it. I had the dang receipt in the bag too. People suckkkkk. I wish if someone did return it the money would go back to my gift card, who knows maybe they tossed it. I am just so bummed. I hope you get your curling iron, there should be insurance on packages of some kind.

I am truly sorry to hear about this! If you haven't already, I recommend contacting security at the mall or the store to see if they are able to provide any further assistance with locating your bag.

Thanks! I'm bugging them again today but on Saturday they basically said there's nothing they can do. Assuming theft is high there idk. Thank you!
