PLAY! pass points were not added from an online order.

I placed an online order about a day an a half ago that I applied my 50 bonus points to and didn't seem to receive them. In the past my PLAY! passes used with online purchases have been applied almost immediately (or at least within the same day) .. but the order has already been shipped now and it still looks as though there were not added. Assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
