I want to clear one thing up; the term "satin" is a type of weave/stitching. It's like "knit". It doesn't describe the fabric content, just how the fabric itself is constructed.

The real question is whether the satin of  this pillowcase is made from silk or polyester. Sadly, we now know it's poly, not the silk that was originally advertised. 😥

Yes, you are right , I used the wrong word; I did mean Silk. It’s a hypocrisy and upsetting. I sure would love to know how Sephora is going to correct this issue??

thx for getting back to me; BUT I am extremely frustrated right now. I received my Beauty Insider Pillowcase today and there is NO TAG stating what the material is or wash instructions. As you can read in other posts RE: Pillowcase; the Pillowcase is NOT SATIN. I have been a loyal customer to Sephora for YEARS! And I feel that I was outright lied to regarding this. 😠

I am disappointed to here that the pillow case is not real silk either and worth 750 points.  I would have chose another reward If I knew I wasn't receiving something authentic.
