Orders taking forever to process (was told yesterday to call if my order didn't ship in 24 hours)

I have placed 3 orders in the past 24 hours. None of them have shipped. My friend who lives close placed the same order for the new Kat Von d palette and hers shipped within the same day! I'm a vib rouge and I phoned and was told to wait another 24 hours, after yesterday being told to phone TODAY to make sure everything was shipped. I was treated like garbage over the phone, and you guys have almost lost a vib rouge customer. The past three orders need to be processed and shipped asap. I've never had this problem before.
