I ordered a face mask about 6 days ago in the store with my grandmas rewards profile. The cashier told me it would be here in approximately 3-5 days, but it still hasn't come and I'm getting concerned.

They are having a pretty large amount of orders from the rewards points event, they may partially explain the wait! I suggest emailing the help desk, they may be able to provide you with a tracking number, or you could log into your grandmothers account attached to her rewards card, the order might show up there!
