Ordering online has become an issue

 ordering online has become a problem lately, i placed an order for 4 serums and they only sent 3 in the box, last time this happened i asked for a replacement and the customer service literally made me feel like i was lying and was trying to get something foe free! And was refusing to replace the item…. Its a $5 item but its the principle, but I literally don't want to call and be made like a liar over a $5 item,
