Order wont place

i keep trying to order something but it says that their is a payment error , but all of my card information is correct and the billing address is also correct. this is getting very frustrating because ive been trying to order this for 3 days and i want it to be here by mother’s day. btw the item is not available at my local sephora and online it does not say out of stock.
