Order pending - Out of stock

I placed an order on Dec 5 and my order still shows it's pending, but some of the items that I have ordered are now showing out of stock. Am I still getting my items? I'm a Rouge member.

Hey @krianne, most likely you will still receive your order. Out of stock just means that they do not have enough stock to fulfill new orders.

They canceled the main reasons for my orders which was two liquid lipsticks.

That’s not true. I ordered a limited edition set and waited over 10 days. It went out of stock and they cancelled on me. An hour later that limited edition set was restocked after cancelling.

That's a bummer. I hope that doesn't happen to me. The 3 out of 4 items I ordered are showing out of stock now.

How about when I'm going to receive my order? I still don't have any shipping information cause my order is still "pending", but I do understand that we're in the holiday season. I just want to know when I'm going to get my order.
