Order missing and No Response

I'm a frequent Sephora shopper but this order has been in transit for a while, and I think it's been lost by USPS. It was shipped on the 8th and has been stuck in transit for a week at this point, when it was supposed to arrive on the 12th!

Can anyone help? I emailed Customer Support to no response (after 24hrs), this was my college graduation present and I spent gift money on the order on products I had been saving up for.

Thank you. This has never happened to me in all of my orders so I'm just confused.
