Order is still pending?

I placed an order on Sat. 9/23 it has been pending ever since and my debit card hasn't been charged yet. I understand that orders don't ship in the weekend but I feel like there should be no reason for my order to not at least be placed by now. I hope this issue doesn't prevent me from getting my items because what I ordered is limited edition!
