Order date not accurate

I didn’t order on August 31 and it has been sent to me that my order was to be delivered today on September 10, 2024

It is now 8:46 PM and I still do not have my order and all my status says for tracking is shipped

 

Why is there no accurate tracking for orders within Canada?
