Hi! I opened my last order and noticed this box is very beat up-looking and oily. The product had also leaked through the box. I totally understand that items can get damaged in the mail—but I’ve been getting this product for years and it always had the silver foil seal to protect the new product. There was no seal and there seems to be a decent amount of product missing, even considering the bit that leaked out. It seems like I received someone’s returned item. 😔
