Order cancellation refund

I placed an order and cancelled it 15 minutes later as it needed to be modified but the money left my account and has not returned yet.

@Luciforeal If your order was cancelled, you were not charged and the pending authorization should be released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

I cancelled an order 2 minutes later it was made and funds were taken out of my account, will I get my refund??

I also tried to contact customer service via email, I haven’t gotten any reply yet..
