Order Still “ In Progess “

I ordered my products 4/18/2021 right before the day the sale was going to end. I noticed everything is still “in progress.” Also, one of my items is sold out already? Should I be concerned? Will I not get that item once everything will be shipped to me? I’ve already waited 4 days for this & I usually don’t have this problem getting things shipped from sephora. If I would’ve known I had to wait this long, I could’ve have gone inside my locale sephora.

@RGbrown is correct. We are experiencing delays due to high volume from our Spring Savings Event. I will look into this then send you a PM!

This notice is splashed across the top of most, if not all, Sephora shopping pages, including the cart, and has been since early on in the sale. Shipping always takes longer when there's a high-volume event going on!
