Order Delay

I placed an order on November 11 and it's still in progress 6 days later. Almost none of the rewards I added to my order are available and I've been screwed in the past where I didn't receive the reward I redeemed. Six days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order. What's happening?

My order from 11/6 took 8 days to ship & they overnighted it instead of the regular flash shipping. Placed another order 11/15 and got the tracking number today but it hasn't been handed off to UPS yet.

I also placed my order on the 11th. And mine just shipped today! Don’t worry, yours will ship. Mine split into two orders. I got all my samples and everything. I just got the first half today, because that shipped first. And the other half just went from “processing” to shipped today. It took a total of 6-7 days to ship. This year seems sooooo unorganized. I’m sorry you’re still waiting 😞 but I’m sure you’ll get all your stuff!

I ordered mines on the 10 and still nothing. My bank even applied the money back into my account smh. So I guess when I see the money cone out then I will know my products are on the way.

yes, Sephora did that with my big order...reversed the charges and then immediately charged the same amount. my bank flagged it as fraud. :S. I did get the order and it was all there, including the samples I'd picked. it looks like they're running about 7-8 days slower than normal.

So did you get your order for free then since your bank flagged it as fraud? And what day of your order did they do your chargeback?
