Order Cancelled On its own, paypal pending, for how long? and why is the order getting cancelled?

So, im from india and im trying to ship this to my friend in canada from the canada site for sephora. Why does it get cancelled?

 

And now my money is stuck in pending in paypal. How long till I get that money back?
