Order Cancellation says "Wait 1 Minute" but it's been 10 minutes

I put in an order to the wrong address and immediately tried to cancel it, but got a message that I had to wait 1 minute. It's now been over 10 minutes, and I'm still receiving that message when I try to cancel the order. What should I do?

Update, the order has gone from "Placed" to "In Progress" but I am STILL getting the message to "wait 1 minute" in order to cancel the order.
