Online order return right before Covid

I bought something online on Feb13 and wanted to return it after 2 weeks. Thing is, even though I order online, I never knew how to return by mail in fear of lost mail or delays. I always return in store. So during that time I thought I'd wait for the pandemic to pass before I go in store. But it has been two months now and way past the official return dates. I checked the return by mail policy and see I'm still within the 60 days window (end in a few days). The normal policy says if the product is not received by Sephora within 60 days, the product will not be returned to me and I won't get any refunds. I'm already sketched about mail return and now I'm even more scared. What should I do?

Please send the item back via our online return policy. If you do not ship it back within our return policy, we will not be able to process the refund. Thank you!
