Online order: No invoice included

I received my package and noticed there was no copy of invoice. I bought the item as a gift. What are the options if the recipient wants to exchange the item?

@skwy92 I'm sorry to hear that! You can print a copy of the order invoice from your online account by going to your orders and selecting view details. Alternatively, the recipient can return or exchange it using the email or phone number attached to your rewards account.

This is a terrible policy. The details section includes prices. There should be an option that does not include prices. I will not be buying gifts from Sephora anymore.
