Online Return Declined

Soo I did an online return for a full size Fenty Skin Whipped Body Cream. They did not communicate anything to me, until I asked for an update. They said that what they received was a mini size and therefore refund got declined. I asked to send back the "mini" I returned and they declined. They said it is final. I am sorry but what the freak? I showed proof that I bought it. Why on earth would a full size be a mini? Someone in the warehouse is messing around. I saw another post that had the same problem. I spent thousands on Sephora. And all of a sudden I am full of sheet with the return.
