Online Account linked to VIB card

Hi there,

I called the helpline to have my online account linked to my VIB card, it was super quick and easy. However, I logged into my online account and my points are gone. I have over 2,000 points, so I'd like to be able to use them online and keep collecting.

Do I need to call again, or is there someone I am able to email about it?
