Oh no, my GLO Science Teeth Whitening thing is missing from my order!!

Sephora, what is happening?? My previous order)was missing my "The Cleanse: Daily Brush Cleaner," and now my just-arrived order is missing the Glo Brilliant Teeth Whitening Device in Glitter Gold!! It's on the invoice, but it sure isn't in this box! It was on sale for $199 and it's almost out of stock now! This has me so stressed out because there's no way to prove I didn't receive what isn't here, you know? And I'm disappointed because I'm insecure about my smile and I really, really wanted to start whitening my teeth right away. Ugh!!!

I used to never have any problems at all with my orders, and now I've had two Picking Fails in a row!! I didn't report the brush cleanser missing before, but $199 is too much money to lose. And the one I wanted is almost all gone! Please help!!

Great, it went out of stock while I was waiting to be assisted. I'm calling. This is outrageous.

Sephora, are you kidding? I'm missing a $200 item from my order, repeatedly refreshing this page, and no one has reached out yet?? I feel like I'm going to throw up

I phoned Customer Service and received a refund for the now-OOS item, but I am so, so disappointed and insulted.

If no one here was able to help me, someone could have at least PM'd me and told me to phone instead of waiting around refreshing this page like a fool. Now I'm scrolling through, seeing how many other people received assistance in the meantime, and I'm just astonished. I have been a loyal Sephora customer for years -- I'm Rouge through 12/31/2020, for god's sake -- but I think our time together has come to an abrupt end.

P.S. There is a serious issue right now with "HAZMAT" merchandise being excluded from shipments, and then never being sent out in a follow-up package. Hopefully this is taken care of.
