(Oct. 31, 2021) Birthday item won't add to cart

My birthday was on Thanksgiving. Last night, I tried to add my birthday gift to my cart, but I kept getting an error pop-up, saying "Failed to process request. Please check your internet connection." It did that for both the Nars and the Laneige products, and I tried on my Android app, my phone's web browser and on my laptop and it still wouldn't work. My internet connection was fine and I put in my order with no issues. Is there something wrong with the gifts listings? Are they out of stock?


*Note: I followed the instructions from comments left on the product's page about going through the rewards bazaar and I still couldn't get it to work.

I'm sorry for the issue with redeeming your birthday gift! Please add the gift to your basket from the Rewards Bazaar, or your Beauty Insider Summary page, or from the "Rewards" section at checkout.
