ONTRAC SUCKS

I ordered some products and chose the 3-day delivery and on track was the delivery service...I waited ALL DAY AT HOME and ontrac NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE. TWO DAYS LATER MY PACKAGE IS AT MY DOOR ALREADY F***ING OPENED WITH THE CONTENTS GONE. so ontrac delivered it to the wrong f***ing house and those people stole my items. SEPHORA NEEDS TO STOP USING ONTRAC

I agree!!! This is the second time in the last couple months that onTrac LOST my package. Called customer service and the rep was great but it’s still frustrating and makes me not want to order from Sephora anymore if I never know if I’m going to get my order...
