Not the right samples

so I recently ordered some skincare and makeup on the Saphora app and Iadded the Urban decay oil for one of my samples, but when it cam I didnt have any Urban decay instead I got a sample of shampoo and conditioner which I didnt select and instead of Dior blooming bouquet I got Polo . Im not mad but just curious. So if the samples u ordered is out they will give you other samples right? . Ps. The 2 shadows wasnt from Saphora

I experience the same thing, never once have I received the samples I select.

Same here. The part that irritates me is that I assumed it was because they were out and they replaced them with something else. Well I placed another order the same day I received my box and sure enough, the samples I wanted are still shown on the Sephora website. It's annoying because I was on the fence about buying a product and thought, great, I can get this sample and see if I like it. Nope. Also on my last order, I didn't receive any samples at all!!

I feel u guys. Like why not just say that its out and if it is out i want to be able to pick my own samples.
