Non US billing address

Hi I am trying to buy a product, but my country does not appear on the list. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do. I am from Nicaragua; the billing address is from Nicaragua (credit card) and I want to buy a product to get it shipped to Cambridge, Massachusetts. I need urgent help
