No samples

Does Sephora not send samples anymore with our orders? The last two or three times I’ve ordered from Sephora I haven’t received the samples I selected. I am curious if they just don’t actually send them anymore?

@Ericax2 We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable, but you still should receive samples. I will send you a PM for more information.
