No samples in my order again

I ordered online during the spring sale and didn't get one single sample. I never complain when you switch them but to get none is a bummer. I thought this problem was being solved a month or two ago?

I’ve had that happen often and when I called customer service I’m told that samples run out and basically “oh well”. It’s frustrating because it shows on my account that I’ve received them.
