No samples at all

I see the samples seem to be an issue (I understand sometimes we won't get the ones we picked) but in my order that arrived today, I got zero. None. That was disappointing.

funny you said that. my last order I picked the drink elephant Vitamin C and two other things. I really wanted to sample it. Did I get it?? nope and it took forever. I love Sephora but really CS sucks. My last 3 packages took 4ever. I ordered something from Ulta I couldn't get at Sephora . I had it the next week and had samples. Sephora needs to step up. what's the point of being Rouge besides the massive amount of money so spend there

Yes, if they don’t drop samples in your bag definitely ask. I love it when they do it without being asked so I don’t feel like a peasant begging for free stuff 😂 (laughing face emoji).

I know exactly how you feel, my last couple of Box come without sample! It’s so disappointing how online Sephora have turn out, I get a lot of sample at checkout every time I buy in a Sephora store without even asking for it which I think is great!

Same. I never get samples from my local Sephora store. If they don't give them out then what do they do with them? Plus, I rarely get the samples I choose with my online orders. Really not cool

I also don't ever get the samples I ask for and also sometimes dont get any with my order 😔
