No samples OR promo again!?

I love Sephora ..and don't wanna be "that girl",but iv seen alot of this in the forums so i feel it's important to say this so myself and others,may get answers...I ordered on the 2nd,and got my order finally today..no biggie i was js lucky i guess w all my other orders..but my last 3 orders iv been missing samples bt atleast got either something else or issue was easily resolved with a simple e-mail. But this time,although I'm totally satisfied with the products i purchased,i literally got not ONE sample at all..nothing.. On top of that I didn't receive my promos 😞  So again- my last cpl orders prior to todays were resolved,but i cannot understand why im not only not getting samples of my choice,bt this time none at all,nor my promos? I was told by a friend that works in my local Sephora that they were backed up with orders and short on samples as they go so fast and iv been very understanding,but in another breath I order online now for the most part bc i love getting these samples and promos and many are perfumes so i hate i feel like a 10yr old complaining,but these are my loves and luxurys and i feel i spend enough to deserve them...anyone else that's having this issue,what have you done if anything? I just don't want to e-mail again after the last 2 orders and seem like im tying to milk for extra things,i simply want what i ordered.. Any ideas?

I'm so sorry to hear your samples and promos have been missing from your orders! I completely understand how frustrating it is to order something and get your hopes up only to have it be missing from the box when you open it.
