No samples. Again.

I feel like a bit of a broken record here.. but I'm not sure what else to do. This is the THIRD order that I've received with zero samples in it (not to mention orders that have been missing one or two of the samples and of course never the ones I've asked for at checkout). Not even any substitutions. Just.. nothing. I've really been looking forward to trying some of them in the past, so you can imagine how disappointing it is to open box after box and not receive any at all.

Not sure if it's worth mentioning, but I have noticed that it tends to be the shipments that I receive from the Memphis, TN warehouse that continue to have this issue. Sephora-- I'm not sure what's been up with you for the past several months, but I know for a fact that endless amounts of people are still having this very same problem time and again. You guys need to find a way to make this right.

While our website does call out that samples are subject to substitution based on availability, I apologize if your order was missing them entirely. Please send me a message with your order number for assistance.

Same! And I even made me order with a specialist from the source!! She insisted, and I said "I guarantee I won't get them so don't waste time on it" --so she chose 3 for me.. nothing!!

SAME! I always receive samples of things that don’t interest me. A little disappointing since I was looking forward to trying the samples I actually chose

Same thing here: just got another package and there were no samples. I’ve let it slide in the past but seeing so many people complaining and realizing this is a systematic oversight is a bit disconcerting. Why offer that as an option at all then? I spend a lot of money at Sephora, have been for years, but the last year or so has been a bit disappointing. What’s going, Sephora? Do I need to start shopping at ulta and nordstrom until you get your sh*t together?

The exact same problem occurred to me last week and again today! Both orders were also from the Memphis location. Reading these threads, I’ve noticed this to be a common problem which is extremely frustrating and unfortunate. I understand substitutions but lack of product is unacceptable.
