No recent order showing

I ordered from sephora.com yesterday and received my confirmation email. But when I went to check if it shipped not only does it say my order number is invalid but it also doesn't show any recent orders when I go to my account. I know yhe purchase went through because it's pending on my debit card and I received the confirmation. So how do I see my recent orders or track the purchase?

I’m having the same problem. It’s been over 48hours since I have placed my order and I have yet to receive any information regarding shipping. I went to the Sephora website and nothing shows up for “recent orders”, I cant track anything. My charge is pending and I did receive a confirmation email when I placed the order.

I’m having the same issue! I ordered something on Monday and it’s Wednesday about to the Thursday and it says it was supposed to be shipped and at my door today but nothing is appearing in my recently ordered and I only got the email saying my order went through I never got any other email regarding my package.
