No insider number

I have an account at sephora but i don’t have my insider card and when i want to use my insider points i can’t add them onto the account im logged into because i need the card number. Would i be provided a card at sephora ?? how does getting a beauty insider card work?

The previous responses you received are correct! The physical BI cards have been phased out, but we can still help with linking your accounts with your email and phone number. I'll send you a message to assist with this.

@michelle5aman @they don’t give out cards anymore. You would give them your phone number or email tied to your account.

@michelle5aman I'm not sure if Sephora still gives physical cards.... But I use my phone number when at a till to get points added to my account.  Maybe try using your phone number that you would have given at sign up?
