No free samples or promo product in order.

Hello, 

I just received my order which did not have even one free sample nor did it have my free promo item. My order invoice shows one sample shipped, but it isn't in the box. I was also really looking forward to trying the promo product and would think it could have at least been replaced with a similar product? This was my first on line order as I usually shop in the store. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.
